For orders over $400, purchasers should contact the Literature Distribution Coordinator BEFORE placing an order here to make advance shipping arrangements. Please include: 1) a summary of your desired purchase; and 2) a telephone contact number in the body of the message.  We will promptly respond with a custom shipping arrangement.

o A literature order submitted through surface mail normally takes 4 to 6 weeks for you to receive the materials ordered.  You'll usually receive literature orders that are made through our online system within 3 weeks.

o We cannot accept checks issued from Canadian or International Banks. Please order literature using our online system, which will accept most credit card transactions.

o The Starter Kit is designed to assist members in starting their own meeting.
